The Process

We understand exactly what you need through whatever communication preference you prefer WhatsApp, email or call.

We then create a WhatsApp group for all communication so that history is stored in one central place.

Once we have your information we look for some candidates that will fit your needs within our Network. All our nannies are pre-screened, reference checked, background checks and criminal checks done.

We will send you between 2 and 3 CVs to start as we don't want to overwhelm you.

Once you have looked at the CV's you can choose who you would like to interview or do trial days.

After that you can select your nanny, or we can find more CVs for you. Once you have selected your nanny the placement fee is due of R1 500 before the nanny starts work.

On the day the nanny starts work the 30-day guarantee period begins should anything go wrong and if you are not happy with the nanny, we start the process again.
